BERIT is operated by Benjamin Joseph Hunt, based in the United Kingdom. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use the BERIT web application.
Email address — provided when you subscribe. Used solely to identify your subscription via Stripe and to communicate important service updates.
Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or process your card details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
What we do NOT collect or store:
When you run an evaluation, your inputs are sent directly from your browser to OpenRouter's API using your own API key. This data does not pass through our servers. We have no access to your evaluation content.
Your subscription status is checked by querying Stripe's API with your email address via our serverless API routes. No evaluation data is involved in this process.
Your email is retained by Stripe as part of your customer record for as long as your account exists. If you cancel and wish to have your data removed from Stripe, contact us and we will request deletion on your behalf.
We do not maintain any separate database of user information.
