All new BERIT subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. During this period you have full access to the Service and will not be charged. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being billed.
If you are unsatisfied with BERIT after your trial period ends and you are charged, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Contact progamingbh@gmail.com with your subscription email and we will process your refund promptly.
After the 7-day window, subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Annual subscribers may request a pro-rated refund within 30 days of their annual payment. After 30 days, annual payments are non-refundable, but you retain access for the remainder of your annual period.
API costs charged by OpenRouter for running evaluations are entirely separate from your BERIT subscription. These charges are between you and OpenRouter — we do not control, process, or have the ability to refund OpenRouter charges. For OpenRouter billing queries, contact OpenRouter directly.
